Tryxia LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") establishes this Privacy Policy to smoothly provide services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") related to CloudCamera (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") and to protect the information of the users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") of the Application.

1. Acquisition and Purpose of User Information

The Provider may collect privacy and personal information of Users within the necessary scope to provide better services. The collection will be limited to the extent possible.

2. User Information Collected

• Information provided by the user: Email address, password
• Device information: To maintain and improve the Application or to prevent fraudulent activities, the Provider may collect unique information of the device used by the User (such as a unique device ID).
• Log and behavioral history information: For maintenance and improvement of the Application or fraud prevention, the Provider may collect information such as IP address, request time from the User, and activity history within the app.
• Location information: The Provider may collect location information transmitted from the User's smartphone, tablet, or other information devices to provide location-based services. However, transmission of location information can be stopped by changing the settings on the information device, which may result in some features of the Application being unavailable.

The Services may use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics provided by Google Inc. Both collect information in a manner that does not personally identify users.

The Provider complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and related laws and guidelines, properly handling, managing, and operating user personal information.

6. Information Security Management System

The Provider takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of user information and to protect other user information. This includes implementing access restrictions to personal information files, recording access logs, and introducing security software to prevent unauthorized access from outside.

7. Changes to this Policy

The Provider continuously reviews and strives to improve the handling of user information. The Provider may change this policy as necessary.
